Our philosophy is to offer our clients a fair fee for the collection of their past due accounts and to provide service in a professional, ethical manner.
Since our founding in 1973, our guiding principle has been that effective collection results can be achieved for much lower costs than the typical 25-50% fees charged by our competition. Many delinquent accounts will quickly respond when a third party collection service makes contact with them on your behalf. If the account can be collected as a result of normal, third party intervention, then in our opinion, a charge of 25-50% is unfair. |

| The first phase provides effective, third party contact for a low fixed fee per collection. The fee is based on a fixed fee per collection, or account, and is not an expensive percentage fee. When PB's fixed fees are converted to a percentage they typically average about 6% of the collected amount...not the traditional percentage fee that ranges from 25-50%. Some accounts are very difficult and will require extensive handling and possible legal action in order to collect. The more difficult accounts will transfer to our Phase II department; if collection is made in Phase II then the traditional rates will apply. As a client you only pay us for what is needed to collect... the savings are yours. |
